We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, no stains, smells, or damage).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, final sale products, or gift cards

  • Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, or any intimate items

  • Items marked as “final sale” at checkout


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a returned item is not in original condition, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
